The data collected on this Internet order form is intended solely to enable the despatch of Atria’s publications and other material to Atria Group's stakeholders.

4. Purpose of processing personal data (use of register):
The objective of the form is to provide an opportunity to order Atria Group’s publications and releases. It is possible to place either one-off or standing orders. Publications can be delivered either in electronic or printed format. The contact data of a person placing a one-off order is not retained after the despatch of a publication/release.
The contact data of a person placing a standing order is saved for the purpose of despatching the publications/releases until the subscriber notifies of the termination of his/her order.
5. Data content of the register:
The order form includes the following personal data:
Person’s name, name of the company/corporation, street and postal address, telephone number, fax number and email address.
6. Regular sources of data:
The data subject him/herself.
7. Regular disclosure of data and transfer of data outside the European Union or European Economic Area:
Address data may be disclosed to a mailing company responsible for mailing Atria’s publications, however, only for the purpose of mailing Atria’s publications.
8. Register protection principles:
Manual material: printed only when needed. Paper printouts are destroyed immediately after processing.
Saved data: orders arrive at Atria’s communications department by email. The rights to read, send and delete incoming email messages are limited only to communications department personnel.
9. Right to inspect:
A data subject is entitled to inspect the data entered in the register concerning him/her, to demand erroneous data to be rectified, to demand his/her data to be erased from the register and otherwise to rely on his/her rights protected under the Personal Data Act. A written request concerning the inspection and rectification of data must be sent to the person responsible for the register (see section 2), or by agreeing in advance with the person responsible for the register on inspection of the data at the offices of the data controller.
