Seija Pietilä appointed Atria Scandinavia’s Director of Human Resources

Seija Pietilä, M.Sc (Econ.) has been appointed Director, Human Resources in Atria Scandinavia, effective September 1st. 2009. She will be responsible for the development of Atria Scandinavia's organisation and local HR operations together with the local management. The focus of the position will be on talent and organisational development and on supporting the on-goint strategic projects across the Scandinavian business. In addition to her new role, Seija Pietilä will continue in the position of Group Vice President, Human Resources in Atria Group and as a member of the Group’s management team with overall responsibility for Atria Group’s HR functions.
Pietilä will be located at Atria's Stockholm office. In her role as Atria Scandinavia’s Director of Human Resources, she will report to the Managing Director of Atria Scandinavia and in her role as Group Vice President, Human Resources, to Matti Tikkakoski, President and CEO.
This appointment support Atria’s international growth and talent development in different areas, as well as the integration work. The objective of Atria's Group-level HR strategy is to develop the personnel’s strategic competences and implement the best practices in the various business areas.
